TIM Plus can be configured to raise an alert when particular events occur. The following alerts are available:

AlertDescription
CriticalA critical alert would be deemed to be one which is detrimental to the system. e.g. database failure.
WarningA warning alert is to notify you that a non-critical event has occurred e.g. you have just exceeded your license limit.
InformationAn information alert is one that notifies you of system events e.g. if the application service has been restarted.

Enter the e-mail address of the person(s) who should receive the alert, as shown in the first section of the screenshot below. The alerts are also output to a log file. You may define the path as shown in the second section of the screen below.
