<p>Sometimes you may lose track of which extension group an extension belongs in, especially if
your extension groups contain many individual extensions. You can
easily locate an extension by clicking on the <img class="icon" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_professional/addfind_button.png" /> Find button
beneath the extension list window (right-hand side).</p>

<p>The following screen will appear:</p>

<p>Enter the extension number that you would like to find and then press the OK<span class="button">OK</span> button. If
the extension exists, it will appear highlighted in the right hand
window, whilst the left-hand window will highlight the extension
group in which the extension exists (in the example below, Services). 
If the extension you entered does not exist, you will be told.</p>
