<p>These instructions should assist in configuring your Mitel SX2000 to 
work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX 
configuration, please contact your system maintainer.</p>

<p>By default the Mitel SX2000 doesn't have SMDR enabled. You will need to speak to your system maintainer to get SMDR enabled.</p>

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Mitel SX2000:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button" id="list">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Mitel SX2000'.</li>
	<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button" id="list">Properties</span>.</li>
	<li>From the <span class="button" id="list">General</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">Mitel SX2000</span> from the PBX model list.</li>

	<li>In the <span class="button" id="list">Connection</span> tab select <span class="keyword">No connection required</span> from the <span class="reference">Connection method</span> list.</li>
	<li>Finally, click on the <span class="button" id="list">Save</span> button.</li>

These instructions help you configure your Mitel SX2000 phone system to work with TIM Enterprise. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

Configuring TIM Enterprise

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log in to TIM Enterprise and perform the following steps:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Locate the PBX object you want to configure in the Directory, right-click on it and select Properties.
  3. A new window will open, displaying the general properties of your PBX object. Select Mitel SX2000 from the Data format list and tick the

  4. Click on the Connection tab and select No connection required from the Connection method list.
  5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
