These instructions should assist in configuring your BT Pathway to work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

Connection type | Serial Output: The BT Pathway sends SMDR information via a serial connection. The BT Pathway has a SMDR/V24 port on the base motherboard. The connection itself is RJ11 and you will need to purchase a V24/SMDR module from your system supplier/maintainer. |

You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the V24/SMDR module to the PC that NetPBX is installed and running on.
Configuring your SMDR
To receive SMDR information from the BT Pathway you will need to have a BT SystemPhone. You will need to be familiar with programming via the BT SystemPhone. To enable the SMDR output follow the below steps:
- From the programming position, press the phone set up key and select .
- Enter the PIN and select .
- Select and choose .
- Press to finish.
Configuring TIM Enterprise
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your BT Pathway:
- Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'BT Pathway'.
- Left-click on it and select .
- From the BT Pathway from the PBX model list. settings tab select
- In the No connection required from the Connection method list. tab select
- Finally, click on the button.
