These instructions help you configure your 3COM VCX phone system to work with TIM Enterprise. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

Configuring your SMDR output

To retrieve the call logging data from your 3COM VCX phone system, you need set up an SFTP transfer. To achieve this, you can use any third-party software client.

In the example below, we chose WinSCP to setup the SFTP transfer, a client software that you can download and install free of charge.
