A controller is the system object that allows you to manipulate your data traffic, by collecting call records from one location, such as PBXs, routers and other telecom signalling equipment and delivering it to any output destination. You can decide on the connection method engaged in collecting and delivering the data.

The All controllers screen gives you a summary of all controllers configured in NetPBX.


To view or edit any of the controllers, select it from the list, as shown below:
